I have a great soulmates in dorm, they company me almost all the time. They are : My laptop, phone, mp3, pillow, bolster, bed, flashlight, snacks, beverages, milks, note, dslr, and their friends.

1.0 Introduction

“Express yourself” is a yearly competition using facebook as the media. The purpose of organising this competition is to explore students’ creativity through writing, and also expressing your ideas verbally by recording a personal message using the medium of video. Both submissions will be uploaded to TBI's Head office Facebook account.

The objective of this competition:

- It is an opportunity to expose participant's creativity and use of English to the public

2.0 Express Yourself 2012

2.1  Topics

The main topic of this event is ‘Think Green’ and sub topic for both writing and speaking is ‘What Are Your Ideas for Green Living?’ in the age categories as below:

Group 1  : Age Group 13 - 16

Group 2  : Age Group 17 and above

2.2 Dates

· Dates of on-line submissions: 21 October – 21 December 2012 (last entries by 23:59 GMT+7)

2.3 Writing Rules

· The submitted piece of writing must not be no longer than 500 words.

2.4 Speaking Rules

· The video must be between 2 and 3 minutes in duration.

· The speaker must be visible from the waist up.

· The video format can be MP4/3GP max 25Mb in size.

2.5 Supplementary Information

· Participants are limited to one entry per category. The writing must be original in its content. Entries found to contain plagiarism will be disqualified.

· The winning contestants will be selected by a panel of judges comprising representatives from TBI, and will also be based on fans likeness in Facebook.

· All submissions will become the property of TBI.

· The winners will be announced via TBI Facebook

2.6 Registration

Registration for participants will be via The British Institute fans page at Facebook. Participants should follow instructions by clicking on "TBI Express Yourself 2012 ".

3.0 Scoring

For information on scoring go to TBI's Facebook page and click on  "TBI Express Yourself Page" and then click "Terms and Conditions" Button.

Speaking – Computer tablet plus a 60 hours study voucher

Group 2 : Age Group 17 and above

Speaking – Computer tablet plus a 60 hours study voucher

4.2  SecondPrize:

Group 1 : Age Group 13 - 16

Writing – Smart Phone plus a 30 hours study voucher

Speaking – Smart Phone plus a 30 hours study voucher

Why Has Allah Sealed Their Hearts?

QUESTION

If Allah has sealed the hearts of the disbelievers, then why are they to be blamed for not accepting 

 Islam?

ANSWER

Allah has sealed the hearts of those who are bent on rejecting the truth. They are 'allazhina kafaroo': they are those who reject. They are not ignorant. Rather, they are active in rejecting faith. Thus, they eventually become blindhearted.

Ayyah : 

As to those who reject Faith, it is the same to them whether you warn them or do not warn them; they will not believe.

Allah has set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, and on their eyes is a veil; great is the penalty they incur.

O, you know what it is? -Wiz Khalifa-

I surprized! I got a cute present from my BFF, Keboo :) I know she good in sewing, so I didn't glad that she gave me elephant phone chain. Is cute isn't it? First, I thought that her present was a book. Cuz present's sealed like a book, big. This is funny, when I 'wrecked' the seal, there was seal again, again, again and again until more than six seal! What fantastic gift :) She said "special gift for special person in my life" OMG, so sweet~ "More seals means more special, cause I must kept it goodly." Keboo, I miss yaa {} Thanks for the present, you're the best ever best friend in this universe ;) Trust meh :))
